Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:
• Wrong item received
• Defective item (manufacturing defect)

Report within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Colour differences
• Size does not fit (size chart provided)
• Items used, washed, worn, stained, or altered
• Sale / promo / clearance items

Return Procedure

  • Contact us via WhatsApp with order number + photo/video proof.
  • Send back the item in its original condition.
  • Once inspected, we will proceed with exchange or store credit.

Refund

Refunds are only issued if:
• Item is out of stock
• Replacement not available

Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Shipping Fees

• Return shipping fee is borne by customer (unless wrong/defective item).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
